How long do samples and bulk production take?
Existing samples are always free and ship in 1 to 2 days. Custom samples with your logo take 5 to 7 days. Mass production runs 15 to 25 days after sample approval, and we always make a pre-production sample before bulk so you can verify fabric, print, and drawstring hardware first.
Do you ship DDP to Amazon FBA?
Yes. We ship EXW, FOB Shenzhen or Guangzhou, by air courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS), or DDP to Amazon FBA with your client SKU packaging. Goods are packed in standard export cartons (gross weight 15 kg or less) under HS code 42029200000.
