PVC vs PEVA vs TPU , which should I choose?
PVC (0.15 to 0.5mm) gives the best clarity and printability at the lowest cost, which is why it dominates travel and TSA-friendly clear bags. PEVA/EVA (0.2 to 0.3mm) is softer, BPA-free, and a good mid-tier eco direction. TPU is the premium option: highly waterproof, abrasion-resistant, and suited to high-end skincare sets. We can send all three as free existing samples so you can compare hand-feel.
Are the pouches washable and leak-resistant?
PVC, PEVA, and TPU pouches are fully wipe-clean and washable, which makes them ideal for toiletries and liquids. Seams are welded or stitched with binding tape, and closures include zippers, snap buttons, and sliders. Velvet and canvas pouches are better suited to dry products but can be spot-cleaned.
