Two routes: grab a free existing sample off our shelf (ships in 1-2 days) to feel real fabric and workmanship, or commission a custom sample with your logo, size and artwork (5-7 days). Pick from a 30-color fabric swatch chart and 10 logo methods , see customization options.

Approve the sample in hand , stitch, print, cord, everything. We then issue the Proforma Invoice (PI) locking in final price, quantity, packing and delivery date. Nothing enters production until you sign off.
On your schedule30% Deposit
Pay the 30% deposit by T/T (PayPal, Western Union or MoneyGram also work for small orders and sample courier charges). The deposit is what books your production slot and triggers fabric ordering.

Before bulk cutting, a mandatory pre-production sample comes to you for final approval. Then cutting, printing, sewing and packing run 15-25 days (6-10 days for simple styles), with photo and video updates from the line.

What mass production actually looks like
Fabric arrives in rolls, gets relaxed and cut in layers, then moves through printing, sewing and QC stations. Every batch passes a pre-production sample check before cutting and a final inline inspection before packing. Walk the floor virtually on our factory page.

No “contact us for MOQ” games. These are the minimums and indicative prices we actually quote, so you can budget before you ever send an inquiry.
Why does an MOQ exist at all?
Because a factory’s fixed costs do not shrink with your order size:
- Fabric is dyed by the full roll , a half roll costs more per meter, not less
- Print screens and machine setup take the same time for 500 pcs or 5,000
- Spreading fixed costs across more pieces is what keeps a pouch at US$0.21 instead of US$2

Bank transfer is the standard for orders of any size. The deposit is due only after you approve the sample and the Proforma Invoice; the balance is paid against the B/L copy, before goods are released.

Goods ready at our Shenzhen factory door. Hand them to your own freight forwarder and take full control of freight cost and routing.
FOB Shenzhen / Guangzhou / Hong Kong
We clear export customs and deliver onto the vessel or terminal at Shenzhen, Guangzhou or Hong Kong port; your forwarder takes over from there.
Door-to-door air courier
DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT or EMS straight to your office or warehouse in 3-7 days , the default for samples and urgent small orders.
DDP to Amazon FBA
We handle freight, duties and delivery to your FBA warehouse , including your client SKU packaging and carton labels to Amazon spec.

Q1What is the real MOQ for custom pouches?
Between 1,000 and 5,000 pieces depending on category. Cotton/canvas grocery bags and non-woven totes start at 1,000 pcs, mesh produce bags at 2,000, velvet jewelry pouches at 3,000, and PVC, organza/satin and microfiber pouches run 3,200-5,000. Indicative pricing is US$0.20-2.00 per piece; the final quote always depends on your specs.
Q2Can I get a free sample?
Yes. Existing samples are always free and ship within 1-2 days, so you can feel real fabric and workmanship immediately. Custom samples with your logo, size and artwork take 5-7 days. Either way, a pre-production sample is made and approved before mass production starts on every order.
Q3How long until my goods arrive?
Existing samples arrive in 1-2 days, custom samples in 5-7. Mass production takes 15-25 days after sample approval and deposit (6-10 days for simple styles). Then air courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS) takes 3-7 days and sea freight 25-40 days. A typical first order lands in about 3-6 weeks by air or 6-10 weeks by sea.
Q4Do you ship to Amazon FBA?
Yes. We ship DDP to Amazon FBA including your client SKU packaging and carton labels. Goods leave from Shenzhen or Guangzhou under HS code 42029200000 in standard export cartons (gross weight 15 kg or less), with inner carton, pallet and container options to match FBA requirements.
Q5What payment method is safest?
T/T is the standard and safest structure: 30% deposit only after you approve the sample and Proforma Invoice, then 70% balance before shipment. For larger programs we accept L/C, and PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx), Western Union and MoneyGram are available for smaller orders and sample courier charges.
Q6Can I use my own freight forwarder?
Absolutely. Hand over at EXW, or we deliver to your forwarder FOB Shenzhen, Guangzhou or Hong Kong. If you prefer us to handle logistics, we book door-to-door air courier or DDP delivery to your warehouse or Amazon FBA.
