Every process happens under this one roof. When you visit , in person or on a live video call , we walk the same route your order travels, from raw fabric rolls to sealed export cartons.

Your order moves through a fixed nine-stage flow. Each stage has a named operator, a checkpoint record, and a photo trail you can ask to see at any moment.
Raw Material Intake
Fabric rolls, cords and hardware arrive with supplier test reports. Lots are checked for weight, width and shade before release to the floor.
REACH SVHC lot checkCutting / Tailoring
Panels are cut to your approved spec , straight-knife for knits, die-cutting for PVC, EVA and PEVA , with first-piece measurement logged.
Printing
Screen, full-scale screen, heat transfer, digital or hot stamping , color matched against your Pantone reference on a calibrated light box.

Drawstring channels, overlocked edges and reinforced stress points are sewn in balanced lines, with in-line QC sitting beside the machinists.
Snap Fastener Pressing
Pneumatic presses set snap buttons, eyelets and cord stoppers. Every batch gets a pull-force test before the line continues.
Inspection
In-line AQL 2.5 / 4.0 sampling during production, then a final pre-shipment inspection with photo and video evidence sent to you.

Standard export cartons (gross weight ≤ 15 kg), or your inner cartons, polybags, barcode labels and Amazon FBA SKU packaging on request.
Warehouse
Finished cartons are stored dry and pest-controlled, stacked by PO, and held until your balance clears , with stock photos on request.

EXW, FOB Shenzhen / Guangzhou, air courier door-to-door, or DDP to Amazon FBA. HS code 42029200000, DHL / FedEx / UPS / TNT / EMS.

Quality at B.Y is not a final photo before shipping. It is a chain of four checkpoints, each one documented, each one able to stop the line.
Incoming Material Check
Fabric GSM, width, shade band and hardware function are verified against supplier test reports. Materials are tested to REACH (EC) No 1907/2006 , 223 SVHC substances below the 0.1% threshold , before any roll reaches the cutting table. See the full library in our materials guide.
Pre-Production Sample Approval
Mass production never starts on a PDF. A physical pre-production sample , your fabric, your print, your hardware , ships to you for sign-off. Existing samples are always free; custom samples take 5-7 days.
In-Line AQL Inspection
QC inspectors sit on the line, sampling to AQL 2.5 / 4.0 during sewing, printing and hardware pressing. Defects found in-line are corrected in-line , not sorted out at the end.
Final Pre-Shipment Inspection
Finished goods are sampled, measured and photographed before cartons seal. You receive the inspection report, photos and video before balance payment. Your own third-party inspector is welcome at this stage , or any stage.
