Since 2005, Shenzhen B.Y Technology Co., Ltd has grown from a specialized pouch workshop into a full OEM/ODM packaging enterprise , with manufacturing run by Dongguan B.Y Packing Products Co., Ltd and export coordination handled in Shenzhen.

Every order moves through our documented 9-step production flow: raw material, cutting, printing, sewing, snap fastener pressing, inspection, packaging, warehouse, and shipment. 90-95% of output is exported, mainly to Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East.

The dual-location structure keeps manufacturing discipline on the Dongguan floor while our Shenzhen team handles English communication, sampling, and export logistics.

Yes. We host live video-call tours of the Dongguan production floor, sample room, and QC checkpoints, and our Shenzhen office is a short ride from Hong Kong for in-person visits. Third-party audit records (amfori BSCI, SMETA / Sedex 4P) and our ISO 9001:2015 certificate are available on request.
Standard terms are T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. We also accept L/C, PayPal (Visa / Mastercard / AmEx), Western Union, and MoneyGram. Trade terms include EXW, FOB Shenzhen / Guangzhou / Hong Kong, door-to-door courier, and DDP to Amazon FBA with your SKU packaging , see the full order process.
Existing samples are always free and ship in 1-2 days. Custom samples take 5-7 days. Every order includes a pre-production sample for your approval before mass production begins , we never skip this step.
We ship from Shenzhen and Guangzhou under HS code 42029200000 via DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, or EMS, packed in standard export cartons (GW 15kg or less). Product-level TUV / CTI / SGS CoC test reports are available, and our Shenzhen office prepares the export documentation required by your destination market.
